Brain Injury Support Group for Family and Caregivers

Time: 1:30 pm-2:30 pm and 5:30 pm-6:30 pm

The Family and Caregiver Support Group is facilitated by Frazier Neurorehab.  It is open to the public and was developed to provide support and education for family, friends, and caregivers of individuals with aquired brain injury.  The group meets on:

1st Wednesday of the month
1:30 – 2:30
And….
Evening Meeting Time
5:30 – 6:30

3rd Tuesday of the month
1:30-2:30 pm
