Ethical Decision Making in Dysphagia Management

1. State principles of biomedical ethics
2. Outline a decision making framework for resolving clinical ethical conflicts
3. Describe case law related to nutrition and hydration
4. Describe the SLP’s role in providing dysphagia services to patients nearing the end of life.
