The Debbie Waiz Endoscopy symposium is a regional meeting for the purpose of presenting information about current and emerging diagnostic and therapeutic techniques for endoscopy and their application in the healthcare setting. In addition, this offering also provides a forum for networking and idea exchange which ultimately improves nursing practice and patient care.
Registration and Parking Information
Parking: Free parking in the Jewish Hospital garage
Registration: All registration is on-line and is limited to the first 150 registrants.
Fees: $30 KentuckyOnehealth Employees; $40 Non KentuckyOne Health Employees until 1/10/14.
After 1/10/14 all registrations are $50. The final deadline to register is 1/18/14. Advance Registration is required. No walk-in registration is available.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be made electronically using the original form of payment if formally requested until 12/27/13.
