Winchester, Ky. (Insert Date)—Two well-established physician practices in Winchester have joined Saint Joseph Primary Care Associates, part of KentuckyOne Health.
As part of Saint Joseph Primary Care Associates, family practitioner Shanda Morris, M.D., and nurse practitioner Molly Hawley welcome new patients and will continue treating existing patients at their Winchester office, located at 1120 McCann Drive.
“We are pleased to become part of the KentuckyOne Health system and join in its mission to improve the health of all Kentuckians,” said Dr. Morris. “Establishing a relationship with a primary care physician is an essential part of a health care routine.”
Winchester Medical Associates joined Saint Joseph Primary Care Associates on June 1, 2013. Ralph Alvarado, M.D., and Eric Bradburn, M.D., will both continue to practice internal and pediatric medicine in their existing Winchester location, 475 Shoppers Drive. In addition to the Winchester office, Dr. Bradburn will see patients in Lexington at 2424 Sir Barton Way. Clair Palley, M.D., will also see patients at the Lexington office.
“It is our priority to ensure that our patients receive the best care and services available,” said Dr. Alvarado. “By joining KentuckyOne Health, our patients will enjoy the same great care with increased resources.”
The addition of these physicians to Saint Joseph Primary Care Associates is part of KentuckyOne Health’s ongoing efforts to increase access to primary care services throughout the Commonwealth.
Primary care physicians provide both immediate and routine day-to-day health care services, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses for patients of all ages.
All of the above locations are currently accepting new patients. Richard Dinardo, D.O., a cardiologist with Saint Joseph Cardiology Associates, part of KentuckyOne Health, also practices in Winchester, providing specialty care close to home.
About KentuckyOne Health
KentuckyOne Health was formed when two major Kentucky health care organizations came together in early 2012. KentuckyOne Health combines the Jewish and Catholic heritages of the two former systems – Jewish Hospital & St. Mary’s HealthCare and Saint Joseph Health System. In late 2012, the organization formed a partnership with the University of Louisville Hospital | James Graham Brown Cancer Center. The nonprofit system is committed to improving the health of Kentuckians by integrating medical research, education, technology and health care services wherever patients receive care. KentuckyOne Health has more than 200 locations including hospitals, physician groups, clinics, primary care centers, specialty institutes and home health agencies, with nearly 15,000 employees across the state of Kentucky and southern Indiana. KentuckyOne Health is the largest health system in Kentucky.
