Louisville Jewish Community Excellence Grants
Jewish Hospital HealthCare Services (JHHS) is the parent company and majority owner of Jewish Hospital & St. Mary’s HealthCare. As a not-for-profit, charitable organization, it must wisely steward its resources to support the health care mission of JHSMH which has earned a reputation for “excellence above all.”
In addition, JHHS is committed to the continued support of the Louisville Jewish community which founded Jewish Hospital and nurtured its growth and development as a premier center for medical excellence.
To that end, we have created the “JHHS Louisville Jewish Community Excellence Grants,” a funding program designed to support charitable organizations that benefit the Jewish community in Louisville and the surrounding area in one of the following focus areas:
- Jewish Culture/Identity
- Health
- Human Service
- Education
- The primary focus is to provide programmatic support and grants for small capital projects.
Excluded from consideration are requests:
- From organizations outside the Louisville region
- From individuals
- From political organizations
- For multi-year support
Procedure
