Educating Our Community to Help in the Fight Against Diabetes

Community outreach is a very important part of Jewish Diabetes Care. Free screenings, diabetes education information and classes are offered at multiple events, health fairs and other community activities throughout the year.

These free offerings focus on building awareness about the disease throughout the community, helping people with diabetes learn ways to manage their condition and individuals at risk for the disease learn ways to stay healthy.
