Jewish Hospital Medical Center Southwest (JHMCSW) offers 24/7 emergency services provided by board-certified/board-eligible emergency medicine physicians. In addition, JHMCSW offers medical imaging and other outpatient and diagnostic services with neighborhood convenience to the residents of southwest Louisville.

Directions:

Southbound (I-65)
Take exit 125 (Gene Snyder Freeway) heading west. Take exit 3 (Stonestreet Road) and take a right at the end of the exit ramp onto Stonestreet Road. Follow Stonestreet Road as it curves around and go through two stoplights. After second stoplight, JHMCSW will be on the left. Parking is available in front of the building.

Northbound (I-65)
Take exit 125-B (Gene Snyder Freeway) heading west. Take exit 3 (Stonestreet Road) and take a right at the end of the exit ramp onto Stonestreet Road. Follow Stonestreet Road as it curves around and go through two stoplights. After second stoplight, JHMCSW will be on the left. Parking is available in front of the building.

Eastbound (I-264/Watterson Expressway)
Take left exit 8-A (US-31W/Dixie Highway) heading south. Go approximately 5 miles on Dixie Highway before arriving at intersection for Stonestreet Road. Take left onto Stonestreet Road. Go through one stop light and up the hill, JHMCSW will be on the right. Parking is available in front of the building.

Westbound (I-264/Watterson Expressway)
Take left exit 8-A (US-31W/Dixie Highway) heading south. Go approximately 5 miles on Dixie Highway before arriving at intersection for Stonestreet Road. Take left onto Stonestreet Road. Go through one stop light and up the hill, JHMCSW will be on the right. Parking is available in front of the building.
