Located on Brownsboro Road is the Frazier Rehab Institute NeuroRehab Program.  The NeuroRehab Program offers outpatient rehabilitation for those affected by mild to severe acquired brain injury. 

The NeuroRehab program is designed to provide customized treatment for each patient through individual and group therapies in a structured outpatient environment.  Our team approach ensures that we address all aspects of rehabilitation – physical, social/interpersonal, and cognitive and emotional – with the ultimate goal of restoring each person to their fullest potential of independence and productivity at home, in the workplace, at school and in the community.  Through innovative, adaptive therapies in real world situations we help patients become as independent as possible.
