Who should purchase a trainer package?

We will recommend for you to work with a trainer if you do not have experience in participating in regular exercise and if you require assistance when performing fitness activities. We want everyone to get the most out of their session at the gym and will make recommendations to each member upon joining the facility based on the outcomes of your individual fitness assessment. We do provide basic set-up assistance on equipment and a general exercise guide for all members to follow. If you have specific fitness goals that you want to achieve, such as targeting specific muscles groups, we recommend at least purchasing one session with a trainer to help you create a plan to begin working towards these goals.
