NeuroRehab Program

For over 20 years, the Frazier Rehab Institute NeuroRehab Program has been providing comprehensive neurological rehab services to patients with all types of neurological injuries or illnesses, including traumatic brain injury, strokes/aneurysms, brain tumors and other neurological disorders.

Recovery from a brain injury is a long-term process.  While most patients are discharged home after only a few weeks of inpatient rehab, ongoing services will be needed to continue the recovery process.  The highly skilled professionals at Frazier Rehab recognize how difficult it is for survivors and their families to cope with the effects of brain injury.

The NeuroRehab program is designed to provide customized treatment for each patient through individual and group therapies in a structured outpatient environment.  Our team approach ensures that we address all aspects of rehabilitation – physical, social/interpersonal, and cognitive and emotional – with the ultimate goal of restoring each person to their fullest potential of independence and productivity at home, in the workplace, at school and in the community.  Through innovative, adaptive therapies in real world situations we help patients become as independent as possible.

Program Goals and Benefits

  • Involvement of an interdisciplinary team approach
  • Provide individualized plans of treatment
  • Return patients to active participation in home and community life at maximum level of independence for work, school and other functional activities
