Who Qualifies for LAP-BAND® System Surgery?

• Patients with BMI>40


• Patients with BMI 35-40 with comorbidities (high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, reflux or sleep apnea)


• Patients between 18-65

Seminars last approximately one hour. Registration begins 15 minutes prior to the start of each seminar. Reservations are required, as seating is limited. Please call (502) 361-6059 to reserve a seat.
