Resources and Continued Support

At NeuroRehab, our team genuinely cares about your continued progress and success in life, long after you leave our program.  The average length of stay in the NeuroRehab program is 10 to 12 weeks (based on therapeutic need and often governed by your insurance benefits), but our team maintains contact with patients for months after that.  Our door is always open.  To that end, we also help our patients make connections in the community to broaden your support system.  Some of the available resources include:

• Monthly Brain Injury Support Group held in conjunction with the Brain Injury Alliance of Kentucky (BIAK)
• Brain Injury Association of America
• Case management support services available as needed after discharge
• Consultation with physicians as needed
• Collaboration with local Department(s) of Vocational Rehabilitation:
  • Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation
  • Indiana Vocational Rehabilitational Services
• Referrals to appropriate community services
